VIVIAN DAVIS EVERLETH

 

     Vivian Davis Everleth, age 78, of Palatka, passed away Tuesday June 29, 2010 at Palatka Health Care Center.  Vivian was born in Waynesville, North Carolina, coming to Palatka from Plattsburg, New York in 1956.  She retired as a secretary from Georgia Pacific in 1995 after 35 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Robert Everleth; parents, Grady and Louise Davis; brother, Buddy Davis and her son-in-law, Raymond Corey.

     She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Gail & Ray Eshbaugh and Karen & Lanny Dwyer, all of Palatka and Joni & Bruce McDonald of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; brother and sister-in-law, Ben & Becky Davis of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandchildren, Sheila Williams and husband, Shawn and Kent Hinton, all of Palatka, Timothy Corey & wife, Raquel of Waycross, Georgia, Kathy McDonald of Washington, D.C., Robley McDonald and Bobby McDonald, both of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; great-grandchildren, Michael Williams and Matthew Hinton, both of Palatka, Nevaeh Corey and Sophie Corey, both of Waycross, Georgia.

     Funeral services will be held 11:30 A.M. Friday July 2nd at the Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Palatka with Pastor Tim Corey officiating.  Burial will follow in Palatka Memorial Gardens.
