WAYNE MICHAEL “MIKE” BICKNELL 

             Wayne Michael “Mike” Bicknell, age 49 passed away, Saturday, February 13, 2010 following an extended illness.  Mike was born in Palatka on March 6, 1960 and had lived in Bostwick, Lake City and for the last several years of his life, he lived and worked in Jacksonville.   He will be remembered by his family and friends as always smiling and laughing.  Mike had a very caring heart and had a way of making people around him feel better about themselves.  

            Mike is survived by a daughter, Tiffany Bicknell of Tampa, his mother, Alvalene Bicknell of Palatka, 3 brothers, Rick Bicknell, Joey Kitaif both of Lake City and James Kitaif and wife, Amy of Tylertown, MS and 10 nieces and nephews.  Mike also leaves his loving family and his many great and loyal friends at L.P.S. Mortgage Company.

            Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Bostwick Baptist Church with Elder Herman Griffin and Mr. Rick Bicknell officiating. Burial will follow at 3:00 PM at Salem Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Lake City.

we are sorry to hear of Mike's passing, he was a great person  and touched many people with his laughter and friendship, he is with the lord and surely in not a better place but as we know a Perfect place.  memories will as ways be.
