Otis H. Page, age 73, of Palatka, died Friday December 25, 2009 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center.  He was a native of Crossville, Tennessee and had lived in Palatka for the past 25 years, coming from Iowa.  He had worked as a laborer with W. W. Contractors in Bostwick for 10 years and was of the Baptist faith. 

     He is survived by his long time companion, Mary Scaff of Palatka and his additional survivors, Ray Smith of Ocala, Linda Smith of Orlando, B.J. Smith of Cocoa, and Sandy Smith of Palatka.
