EDITH M. CLYMER Edith Marie Clymer, age 84, of Hollister, died Sunday November 8, 2009 at Putnam Community Medical Center after an extended illness. She was a native of Greensboro, North Carolina and had lived in Hollister for the past 56 years, coming from Greensboro. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She loved selling chicken eggs, playing bingo and was a member of the Red Hat Society. She is survived by 2 sons, Willie Clarence Clymer & wife, Deborah of Interlachen and Sam Clymer of Boise, Idaho; daughter, Janice Sprague of Hollister; 3 brothers, Wiley Smith, B.M. Smith, and Bobby Smith, all of Greensboro; 2 sisters, Earlene Padget and Ada German, both of Greensboro along with 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday November 12th at the Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Interlachen with Rev. Mel Speicher officiating. Burial will follow in Hollister Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. at the Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Interlachen.
