I did not know Shelby personally but my son Billy did. Billy told me a long time ago that one of his friends Shelby was diagnosed with cancer. Billy was really concerned about Shelby cause he would tell me frequently how Shelby was doing without me even asking. I was shocked to hear Shelby lost his battle. I am so sorry for your loss I know Shelby was a fine young man. And I know that God has a wonderful angel. I can only imagine the pain all of you must be going through. I am so sorry for your Loss. Shelby and I were really close freiends when we were younger. Im not sure if anyone or even Shelby himself remebered me, but i was there at the hospital everyday i could be. I loved him, he was an amazing friend. It hurt for me to lose contact with him after i moved and it broke my heart today after i dscoved he had passes. He was a tough cookie. He had promised me he wasnt going to let this cancer take him with out a fight. He will forever and always be im my heart. I really wish i could be there to say my final good bye to him. Im going to miss him a lot as im sure all the people he met. My prayers are with you all.
