KIYOMI FRANCES Kiyomi Frances, age 83, of Palatka, died Thursday July 2, 2009 at Crestwood Nursing Center after an extended illness. She was a native of Okinawa, Japan and had lived in Putnam County since 2007, coming from St. Augustine. She was a custodial worker for 7 years with the Okaloosa County District School. She is survived by a niece, Kiyo Cox and husband Gene, of Saucier, Mississippi along with several other nieces and nephews in Okinawa, Japan. Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday July 6th at Oak Hill Cemetery in Palatka with Rev. Melvin Register officiating.
