Dad, I love you and will miss you greatly. You will always be in my heart. You were always there for me even in the rough times. While you may not have agreed with my choices you always showed me love and was there for me. You were a great friend and father figure to Mike. I don't know if you ever knew how much he loved and respected you. He'll miss the trips the two of you would make to Lowe's. I want you to sit back in a recliner, watch the Gators play and enjoy a Pepsi, all pain free. You deserve it. Love ya Dad Susan Siau ~ Palatka
Joanne...am so sorry to read about Duck's death. Even though it has been years since seeing you two, the memories are there and the realization that another part of life is over. I can emphathize with you as I lost Bill to cancer in October 2007. I will keep you all in my prayers and would love to see you..................Mary Anne Mary Anne Carpenter ~ Dallas, NC
I am a second-cousin to H.O. as my family called him. My father Frank and my uncle Bobby Joe were his first cousins. My grandparents Roy and Winnie Redd were his aunt and uncle, Roy being his mom's(C.T) older brother. I am 57 now and I remember him as a child at family functions and coming by my family's produce market on South Boulevard not too far from where he grew up on McDonald Ave. I am in the wine business and my shop is on Park and McDonald a few blocks away. Only my mom (Doris Redd) survives from the family he and Joanne would have known. My heartfelt condolences go to your entire family. May God bless you. Frank Redd Jr ~ Charlotte, NC

through the tough times. No matter how far away, we are all
still here and miss seeing you guys...lots of good memories and
I hope we all get together soon. I know Duck is now with my
dad, Aunt Frances, Uncle Luke, and all our other relatives that
have passed having their own
reunion in heaven.
