Shirley worked for my folks at Ferrero's Grocery back in the sixties and she graduated with my husband Albert.  She was also a very sweet person!

First, thank you all for the comments. My mother's funeral would have been different if I could have pulled it together to stand up and speak. Words cannot express the pain and void I have since the mother that raised me is suddenly GONE. So much of the 37 years we spent together I spend trying to make her proud.  Dad, you too.  But I do know that if any of us are to be in a better place, it's my mother as she had such a tender and soft heart and my aching soul will miss her each day for the rest of my life. You told me before you left that you DID know how very much I loved you. You were a wonderful Mom...and I am proud of you. Good-bye, Mom.  Now rest with God.  your baby son, Jackson.

Shirley was a big part of my life as you know growing up and she shared alot of things with me and taught me so much with the advice she gave . I will never forget the year she played a whitch at the church carnival and how she made it so much fun .I am sure thankful for the memories she left in my life .
